Music Records for Colonist

Hello MineColonies team!

I have an idea for a new fun feature: the ability to give a music record to a colonist (settler, guard, or any other NPC) so they play it.

How it could work: Right-clicking on a colonist while holding a music disc assigns that disc to them. The colonist then starts playing the music from their inventory (visually, they could hold the disc or a small jukebox). The music could play in a small area around them, or follow them as they move.

Why this would be a great addition:

1. Feasibility: I imagine much of the necessary framework (sound playing, item interaction with NPCs) is already in the mod, so implementing this might be relatively straightforward.
2. Atmosphere & Role-Play: This would add incredible atmosphere! Imagine your guards patrolling to your colony's personal "anthem," or miners working deep underground with motivating tunes. It's perfect for multiplayer servers to build unique identities for their towns.
3. Fun & Personalization: It's simply a cool and joyful mechanic. Players could personalize their favorite colonists, create marching bands, or have a musician playing in the tavern. It adds a layer of interaction and charm.
