Use released version of pythia book workflows #195
Description
A bunch of bugs were recently discovered upstream (e.g. ProjectPythia/cookbook-actions#120). These seem to be fixed now (as soon as ProjectPythia/cookbook-actions#120 is closed), but we should really not rely on the main branch for our builds.
Once we have an initial release upstream we should change this!
