Default QSD not loaded into .edit page #3791

If a page has default QSD, but then you go to the .edit version, it seems the default QSD does not get preloaded into the edit form? Other than that, it does work. An example of this odd behavior is https://dev4.learningu.org/contact.edit.html and https://dev4.learningu.org/contact.html

Will's comments:

I think this is the intended behavior, but I would agree that we should make it work that way
Except the default values are stored in random templates (not in the database), making it pretty hard to find the one you want
