Pagination follow-up tasks

Desired behavior

As per #4674 (comment), enhance the pagination implemetion with the following;

• I think the button would look a bit better centered with a little bit of spacing around it
• After uploading over 25 resources, the button appeared even though post-upload everything was already shown, so the Show more was a no-op

Current behavior

• See Move pagination into NodePanel where the contents of the topic are actually loaded and displayed. #4674 (comment)

Value add

• Better UX experience
