DRT not appearing in Plugins menu

Intalled DataRefTool in:

x-plane 12 / Resources / plugins /

The result is (within) plugins folder:

DataRefTool_v2.5.0.-b2
![64] (empty)
![lin_x64] --> DataRefTool_v2.5.0-b2.xpl
![mac_x64] --> DataRefTool_v2.5.0-b2.xpl
![win_x64] --> DataRefTool_v2.5.0-b2.xpl

However, the plugin does not show up in plugins menu in X-Plane 12.1.4.r3.

Opening Plugin admin doesn't show it either.

Other plugins show up normally (Air Plugin, IVAO_pilot, Little Xpconnect, rxpGTN, XSaitekProFlight).

Currently researching and trying to findout what is going on.
