implement automatic logic for backward calibration

We need to implement the run overrides in our analysis routines. These define how calibration runs are applied backward to preceding physics runs (e.g. cal r003 → phy r002).

Currently, in JuLeAna this requires manual modification of validity entries. We should implement a routine that automatically applies these backward calibration mappings.

I think we have this already. The overrides also allow overriding validity files. So you just need to add an entry there, and it should parse them automatically. At least that is how I remember this working. Maybe @oschulz knows more.

Ahh ok, this uses then the jldataprod overrides? Maybe it would be more elegant to use in general directly the overrides in the datasets legend metadata, but still allow for overrides in jldataprod.
