Describe the bug

When I do not use NavigationView, after setting the SnackbarPresenter in the window, I cannot make the SnackbarPresenter pop up.

To Reproduce

When I do not use NavigationView, after setting the SnackbarPresenter in the window, I cannot make the SnackbarPresenter pop up.
