Claude-Codex Skills: 18 standalone skills, no workflow harness

Current Claude and Codex models no longer need a coordinator for every step. They still benefit from focused reminders about evidence, tool choice, safety boundaries, and what must be verified before work is considered complete.

Claude-Codex Skills has been rebuilt around that distinction.

The marketplace ID remains levnikolaevich-skills-marketplace. Existing marketplace registrations continue to use the same catalog. Install only the suites you need.

• Testing Suite — 2 skills: risk-based test strategy and executable acceptance evidence.

• Maintainer Suite — 4 skills: skill review, repository publication, tagged releases, and community announcements.

The maintainer workflows preserve the parts that should not depend on model memory:

• publication checks the complete Git scope, required validation, CI, deployment, and clean-source installation;
• skill review checks triggers, standalone behavior, marketplace parity, safety gates, and residual risk;
• releases require approval of the exact tag and full notes before creating external state;
• announcements verify every command, path, count, and capability before publication.
