Why ?

As off today Twake mail is pleasant to use when I'm on my office and that everything goes fine.

But when things don't Twake mail lies to me which really drives me off.

2 exemples:

  • During tests with customer we on purpose broke S3 configuration generating some 500 errors when opening Email/get

However TMail just opened the mail and pretended the content was empty (!!!)

I should have had a read toast telling me what's wrong!

Actual:

Expected:

  • In the train I have bad WIFI and actually the requests were pending but TMail loader icon stop spinning. I assume the mailbox is refreshed but it really isn't...

Actual:

error-mgt.mp4

Expected: keep spinning as long as the action did not succeed/failed...

CC @hoangdat (poor error management is the signature of poor product we need to enhance that!)

There may be more exampled of things that can go wrong.

  • Evaluate search? What happens when /query fails?
  • Failing /query whn listing folders? When loading email?

Is TMail able to recover from such errors?
