Serviceprofile for external communication without ingress

Hi all
I am trying get rt_route label to the metric by call our app from out of a k8s cluster.
I have configured serviceprofle : linkerd viz profile --tap deploy/ --tap-duration
I have created serviceprofile object but when I did test call to the our application by ie curl or in web browser I cannt see any rt_label label.

When I have tried call our application from inside of k8s (testing pod) and called not external url but cluster internal url ..svc.cluster.local label was correctly appeared in metric.
We dont using any ingress/controlers for our app.
So there is external F5 -> internal ip of our k8s service -> pod.
I have tried add

config.linkerd.io/enable-external-profiles: true

to the k8s deployment of our app but still issue.
Could anybody help me if there is any solution ?
