TC button visibility issue in KSP v1.10 #12
Description
On a KSP v1.10 with only few addons (all seen as version compliant via CKAN), and no Blizzy toolbar (still not listed as compliant):
When toolbar buttons are selected to not being displayed anymore, a scene change is needed to have them effectively hidden.
On the other hand, when selected to appear on a toolbar, they are redrawn immediately.

FWIW, As they are dealing with the same items, I would love to have both TC and AdjustableModPanel from Radmouse merged into a single purpose addon.
