Centered Cinnamon Dock: dynamic sizing doesn't work when monitor scale is greater than 100%

What happened?

The centered dock is off to the side and completely squished when I enabled it on my laptop monitor which is set to 150% scaling. It seems to work completely fine if I set the monitor scaling to 100%.

Hi, thanks for the tag. Good catch - I hadn't considered screen scaling. Will look into how to fix this for next version update.
