Bug description
Normally when I put laptop in suspend mode, and then wake it up, the WIFI works without any problems. But if I take it from my hostel room to my class in suspend mode, the class obviously has a different router of same Wifi network (college), and wake it up in class. The Wifi stops working, I cannot connect it to any network and WIFI becomes unavailable. I need to restart to get WIFI functionality back. Using the command sudo service NetworkManager restart does not work.
Steps to reproduce
- Connect to a WIFI, suspend the laptop in a place with router 1 of the network.
- Take the laptop to some place with router 2 of same network.
- Wake the laptop from suspend. The WIFI will not be connected , and it will become unavailable. Now you will not be able to connect to any wifi network unless you restart.
Expected behavior
Auto-connect to the same WIFI on waking up from suspend.
