Improve handling when compute initial coordinate #1

The following error message occurs when the PCF fails to compute a coordinate for the user station. It is not too bad! But it would be better if this could be picked up in the PCF at the point at which it fails (CODSPP, step 070) rather than in GETDATA. In this case it fails because the user submitted a GLONASS only file (to test if PositioNZ-PP would handle it - could have read the documentation!)
