How to upgrade existing downloaded novels?

So, I accidentally blew away my docker container that had a perfectly working copy of the lncrawl app. Rebuilding the docker container failed since it tries to download the new scripts which were incomparable with the older version. So I've downloaded the official docker container and ran that.

The problem is I have a ton of novels I've downloaded and many in progress still. But the new docker app downloads these novels using a different file structure. I think even more has changed besides that. And since the folder names are now guids, I can't even manually upgrade my old library. So is there any upgrade tool, or is there a plan to write one.

If not is there any idea on what the upgrade process would look like so I can script something out myself?
