Bug: Readme macaroon generation command may be incorrect

My testing indicates that this lncli bakemacaroon command generates a macaroon with insufficient privileges, and (at least with LND 0.19.x), LNDK will crash on boot.

The solution is to provide additional privileges to the macaroon.

I don't want to provide more details here because there is a chance this could be considered a security issue.
