API doesn't handle properly DST change date #29

In COURBE data, DST change date is not properly handled by the API.

We notified enedis but the reply is "wontfix because this will disapear when DST will be removed hopefully in 2022" ...

Not sure we should handle this, but might be worth mentioning in documentation.
