No endpoint to delete transaction

There is no endpoint to delete transaction. There is endpoint to delete transaction group.

Please add endpoint to delete transactions, without it it is hard to create fully functional app.

Workaround is to split transaction (can use one split part) and then unsplit with parent deletion
