Some documentation on vm.max_map_count #141

So I've distro hopped a few times, seen that the variable vm.max_map_count is defaulted to 65530. This is fine for a lot of games, but quite a few, like in my specific example DayZ, require a higher max map count to 1048576. I was specifically wondering if there was any section in the documentation that already exists to allow users to quickly implement this into their distro. So like the basic commands would be:

# to verify it is defaulted to 65530
sysctl vm.max_map_count

sudo nano /etc/sysctl.d/max_map_count.conf

# paste in vm.max_map_count=1048576

# ctrl + x then y

# to double check
cat /etc/sysctl.d/max_map_count.conf

# reboot

# then verify it stuck
sysctl vm.max_map_count

I dunno, I'm just trying to make everyone's experience out of the box easier when they read the docs.
