@serenebliss0 I'm sorry for the issue. Are you using the nightly build from today or v2.0.0?

The first time, I downloaded v2.0.0 from the official website. After experiencing the issue, I uninstalled it and installed the nightly build from GitHub, which is the version I currently have installed.

The issue happened with both versions.

I thought it might be useful to document the exact steps I took:

Initial setup

I created an LVGL account and installed LVGL Editor v2.0.0 from the official website.
I opened the app and it showed a welcome page with options to create and open projects. I clicked create project.

The app seemed to work until I tried interacting with its UI. I discovered I couldn't click anything, from the sidebar to the console at the bottom. Nothing.

I closed the app several times (with Alt + F4, because the close button wouldn't work either), and I was eventually greeted with a “Manage License” page. The app said that I had no active license and redirected me to the online site to buy and manage licenses.

On the online account page, however, my account showed a Community License that had already expired on July 6, despite the account being created after that date.

Troubleshooting

• I tested the application on two different networks, with the same result.
• I tested multiple versions of the application, including v1.2.1 and the nightly build, with the same result.
• I created a second LVGL account using a different email address. The same issue occurred, and the license again showed an expiration date of July 6.
• I created a completely fresh Windows user account and tested again with a third email address. The EULA appeared normally and I was able to accept it, but the editor was still unusable. The newly created account also showed a license expiring on July 6.

v2.0.1

I then tested v2.0.1. This version introduced the EULA flow, which I was able to complete successfully.
I was able to open an example project, but the licensing issue remained and the editor was still not usable.
