Create new library for generating QR codes

Currently this app uses the qr-code-styling library to generate QR codes, however, it seems that the author has no intention for fixing the common issues raised in the repository for the following issues that were similarly raised here:

• Feature request - Export / save as SVG #116
• Character accent encoding issue #51
• Vietnamese characters not encoded properly #77
• Limit for data? #82
• Add slightly rounded corner shares? #190
• Increase logo image size #189

To solve these issues, a new library that supports the existing StyledQRCodeProps API should be created.
