Adding Reactions

Add reactions to posts. Reaction is one of of 8 emojis that people can mark individual posts and hence you can have counts of reactions and they could be indicative by giving additional context; e.g. a high count of "thumbs up" indicates people think it's a good idea, etc.

Not sure if it's Github only feature though.

There is (reactions) in the codebase, but it is not being used.
