On an M2 MB Pro running Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93) with Latest Version 0.10.3 (1190), I have the Region set to South Korea but the Pimary preferred language set to English (UK).

For some apps, such as iMovie, the release notes are in Korean instead of being in English. AppStore shows them in English.

I cannot customise the language to English for Latest or any other app, at the bottom of the Language and Region system settings as English (UK) is the System Default and English is not listed as an option. Choosing the System Default - English (UK) has the Add option greyed out.

This is likely related to #219 but as that issue was specifically about 'multilingual regions' I thought better to create a new issue rather than commenting on that one.

I just encountered another app with the same issue, and this app was also downloaded via the AppStore. I didn't keep track before I reported it for which app it happened but I now think a common point might be that these apps are from the AppStore. If this would help narrow down the possible source of the issue it might be helpful if others to whom it happens can agree or disagree with this comment whether for them it's just for AppStore apps or for other apps too.
