rnodeconf.py had to be modified to work on my system

for some reason if which(flasher) is not None: could not detect the espconf.py on my system. i could browse to it, and execute it from command line, but it would not detect in the script. i ended up have to change the if for the ESP32 flasher to always true , and then it worked fine
