Seeed SenseCAP Card Tracker T1000-E iOS & upstream Beta

I was going to add this to the iOS discussion, but that is getting very long now...

Merge to Mark's RNode branch coming, and maybe the CE branch, depending on some investigation.

Branches of the same support against your repo @markqvist are pushed to my github. I haven't made PRs yet, as probably needs some cleanup, but it's possible to use the rnodeconf to provision and run with Sideband for windows here.

There may still be an issue of boot loader availability if trying to compile this locally. If anyone wants me to provide a UF2, I can probably do that.

I added a uf2 and hex file for Mark's branch version to a new repo RNode_bin
Use at your own risk. I used the adafruit utility as shown in the text file to re-write a device here successfully. If you have trouble with it running, you may need to update your bootloader to the latest version from meshtastic. The meshtastic web flasher should be fine to do that.
