Problem Statement

We need to understand how testnet tao is earned on testnet, and/or if it is working at all. There was a message on discord about the testnet emissions not functioning correctly, we need to find the discussion and understand the status quo. Completed work on this spike is a blocker until we promote the usage of testnet to test AI agents.

Acceptance Criteria

  • We understand if the testnet should be emitting TAO or not
