Potential threat when downloading the zip file of the project

I was trying to run the activation scrip and to my mistake I thought I had to download the zip file of the project to execute it. When I downloaded the zip file windows defender jumped and deleted the file making it as a thread. Can anyone confirm if this is normal? or is maybe the zip file compromised?.

I did dig a bit on the soruce code and coud't find any reference to "HackTool:AndroidOS/ZkarletFlash".

From a quick research this seems to be a trojan. I would like to know if this trojan still is getting installed if I execute the comands indicated on the power shell. Thanks

It's a false positive, they are using an incorrect flag.

You can use PowerShell method or manually edit MAS_AIO.cmd and edit its first line in order to change the hash and Windows Defender won't complain. I'll push some dummy words in AIO in order to change the hash.
