.webcam photo not working

Describe the bug
When the command .webcam photo is ran, it always says not detected even when I have my camera on in a discord call...

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the .webcam photo in the controller server.

Expected behavior
A photo of the webcam should appear in the channel.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Python Version: 3.11.6
