- npm install

- npm run build - builds a static site which includes minified js and css files
- node server.js - creates a node server to allow you to push to timline.json locally
Copy the build from mattatttaq/build to root.
- run the node server
- run the app
- navigate to http://localhost:3000/#/timeline || http://localhost:3000/#/panel and add to the timeline or panel using the form
