Multiple Environments Isolation

We are currently running multiple environments for Consul [ QA , STG and PROD ]. Each region has it's own Datacenter Name, Encrypt Key and different versions of Consul running. We are using dynamic inventory script to manage all the host. How can I update say for Ex: encrypt key based on environment using the same template?

If QA, "encrypt": "somevalueA"
If STG, "encrypt": "somevalueB"
If PROD, "encrypt": "somevalueC"
