Voice announcements not working in QGC daily - Android 13

• Yes, I’ve tested on the latest release

Description

Expected:
Voice announcements should occur when flight mode changes and when a warning event occurs.

Current Behavior
No voice - Tried both "System" and "English" voice settings

To reproduce:

1. Start QGC
2. Connect to FC
3. Change flight mode

or

• In QGC settings go to volume adjuster and click on "Test" button.

Same has been observed in Ubuntu 24.04. But may be related to a dependency issue, if speech engine is different on daily, compared to stable 5.0.8.
