The download of the example datasets works only before submission. After submission (Submit dataset), the example dataset cannot be downloaded anylonger.
For example, get_monocle fails with "Bad certficate"
tested on Chrome 76.0 and Safari 12.1

it works for me on Firefox 68.0.2 under Linux.
