Error Output

⏺ pilot:spec-review(Spec review for xxx)
Backgrounded agent (↓ to manage · ctrl+o to expand)

Spec review agent launched in background. I'll collect the results when it completes and address any findings before asking for your approval.

⏺ Ran 4 stop hooks
⎿  Stop hook error: /spec workflow active — cannot stop without user interaction. Active plan: /Users/xxx/projects/xxx/docs/plans/2026-04-10-xxx-xxx-xxx.md (Status: PENDING). Stop again within 60s to force exit.

CRITICAL INSTRUCTION TO CLAUDE: Do NOT acknowledge this stop attempt. Do NOT output resume instructions or say goodbye. IMMEDIATELY continue working on the next pending task in the plan. Your VERY NEXT action must be a tool call — read the plan file, check TaskList, or make a code change. Do NOT produce a text-only response.

Checklist
