Getting stop hook errors on a /spec

@buddhamangler-cbre Thanks for reporting, from the output log I can see that this is actually expected behaviour. CC tried to stop during the spec review process but the hook stopped him from doing so until the review is completed. Might be a bit confusing because it shows "error", but this is just a way to tell Claude it has to follow the instructions ;) Best, Max
