Delete notification

The delete process doesn't include a confirmation step.

Having a delete verification step in the process would add a level of assurance that the right file was being deleted.

Recommend that when the selection to delete is made that the file list be presented again with the selected file to be deleted highlighted and the confirmation at the bottom of the list. By presenting in this fashion, it is easier for the individual to recognize that the correct file was selected. Further it seems that an option to download/view the file should be available. Not sure yet if it should only be the selected file, or all files that should be made so available.
