This fixes #48 by assigning a default empty quote to the category_description field. It does not (yet) investigate if such a default value already exists. Detection of a default is to follow in a later release.

Identified in the EP4 forum as directly affecting the use of EP4, though encountered on an upgrade to ZC 1.5.6 that when importing a product to a new category that an error occurs as a result of the categories_description field in the categories table not having a default value. EP4 has not previously provided a "default" value, but generally speaking it hasn't been noticed/announced otherwise it would have been addressed. It is already incorporated into the next release, but there are other issues still to be addressed before releasing it.
