Copper Ore gives more XP than what default shows.

As the title suggests, the default value for base copper ore exp is set to 1400 but when a fresh player starts mining they gain an entire level for every ore they mine all the way up beyond level 100, at a closer glance the actual exp amount they are getting for 1 copper is more like 1749 XP for 1 ore. This is without adjusting the exp values in the plugin configs

This is mcMMO v2.2.029 on minecraft 1.21.1. This issue was found before any other plugins were added
