Add a feature to change the base URL if the current user is an Admin. This should be done at the time of login.

@am15h has it been implemented? If not, don't close it, rather use labels

@dev-ritik for which roles and what base url is required ??

@Nitish145 Whenever an Admin (A) logs in, he should be able to change the baseurl. This is a solution for the cases when I have to build the whole app again to fix something.
