Use Endo-FM for laparoscopic video feature extraction

Hi! Thank you for making your great work available!

I'm doing my master thesis on unsupervised summarization of laparoscopic cholecystectomy videos and would like to use your model to extract the features I'll feed to the downstream summarization model. I've been trying to use the pretrained endo_fm.pth checkpoints to process your preprocessed version of Cholec45 just to get it to work and then try with my own datasets but without any success. Could you please explain how I should proceed to achieve the result I'm aiming for?
