[BUG]: Drag and Drop not working

Describe the bug

The Drag and Drop function does not work in Windows 11.
You cannot drag files to the taskbar to pin them, or move them to other programs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try dragging files to the taskbar to pin them, or try moving them to other programs.
2. You can not.

Expected behavior

The Drag and Drop function is working.

Environment

1. OS Build Number & Edition: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.8655
2. ReviOS Version: 26.04
3. ISO Injection: I didn't use it. I used the Playbook on an already made fresh Windows installation.
