DynaCLR patch selection is too restrictive for smaller FOVs and large patch sizes

Problem

currently the triplet dataloader discards the anchors for which the centroid is not within patchsize//2 from the edge.

solution:

measure and offset the centroid so that we can still use the edge cells.
