Upgrade MLO device adapter to work with current firmware version

The MLO D5020 controller ships with v1.08 of the MLO USB driver. We should upgrade the MLO device adapter to work with the latest version of the USB driver, such that both can be distributed with the MM nightly builds. This would require upgrading the USB driver version on some of our microscopes and those in collaborator labs.
