This repo is in need of having a MAINTAINERS.md file in it root directory with the following content:

The current maintainers of the Meshery project can be found in the [MAINTAINERS.md](https://github.com/meshery/meshery/blob/master/MAINTAINERS.md) file in the [meshery/meshery]((https://github.com/meshery/meshery) repository.

Create a new file or update the existing file to match the markdown above.

I would like to work on this issue under GSSoC '26.
