[Request] Additional options / setting for voice transmission integration

- Option to switch "Talk All" from latching mode to momentary mode (transmit only when button is pressed)
- Option to set TOT (Time Out Timer) for max. transmission lengths (0 (off) - 30s - 60s - 120s - 240s) to kill transmission in case button in latching mode was pressed accidentally, or forgot to turn off / not able to turn off
