about TaskInfo KillPolicy property

mesos TaskInfo message protobuf include “KillPolicy”
but your action neglect this property, which might lead to difference in executing killtask action

Thanks for this. Looks like it hasn't landed in a mesos point release yet, but probably will in mesos 0.29
