modules no longer appearing in modules/by-module/

Some modules are listed at https://cpan.metacpan.org/modules/by-module/Mail by module category but it seems very stale. For my Mail::DMARC module, the most recent version listed there is:

Expected behavior

I expect to see the latest versions of Mail-DMARC in the by-module/Mail/ directory. Since there are multiple authors who may release, that seems the best place for automated build systems to fetch the latest release.

The only appropriate way for automated fetching of the latest release of a module is to consult the 02packages index for that module name, which will give you the appropriate release to view or download. See for example https://cpanmeta.grinnz.com/packages?module=Mail%3A%3ADMARC&match_mode=prefix which displays the contents of that index.

https://cpan.metacpan.org/modules/by-module/Mail currently redirects to https://www.cpan.org/modules/by-module/Mail so I'm not sure how it can have stale content.
