#Chinese Rice Porridge (Shi Fan)
- 1 cup rice
- 6 cups water
- Wash rice
- Boil water, add rice
- Bring rice back to boil, stir
- Simmer on a very low heat for 20 minutes, do not cover. Stir during last 5 minutes
- Put lid on pot, rest for 10 minutes
- Serve with accompaniments
