- 1 green chili
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, packed
- 1/2 cup cilantro, packed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp or more lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp yogurt (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 1/2 inch ginger (optional)
- 1/4 tsp chaat masala (optional)
- Blend together until smooth, refrigerate up to a week or freeze
