[Bug] Unable to install for .NET 10

**Describe the bug**
Unable to install nuget package for MAUI using .NET 10

**Which platform and version is this for?**
.NET 10

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Starrt the nuget manager on Rider (for Mac)
2. Attempt to install 

**Expected behavior**
The package should install fine. Looking at the source, it should just be a case of changing the target platforms
