[Bug] Code Apps not deployed using Deployment Pipeline

Describe the bug

We cannot find the code apps after deploy using development pipeline

Steps to Reproduce

Create a code apps in Dev Environment

Use an existing development pipeline (Setup to deploy from dev -> test > prod) to deploy the App.

Connections are created in Test and Prod, mapping connection working as normal.

After deploying I can see the solution, but not the App in the App tab. I can see the App inside the solution, but I cannot click Share or Start App (button were gray out)

Expected behavior

Able to see and share the Apps.

Actual behavior

Cannot find the Apps in the Test and Prod environment.

Can find the App in solution but cannot share or start it.

Environment information

• I'm the admin of 3 environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
• I'm the owner of the App.
• Framework, build tool or relevant package used: Vite
• Any connection/components: Fabric SQL

Hi @hoangdinh-lumen ,

As a workaround, please try the following steps:

1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center
2. Select the target environment (Test/Prod)
3. Under Resources → Power Apps, locate the app
4. Share the app with yourself and any required users

Code apps are off by default in admin center. PPAC>Environment>Settings>Features>Code Apps, make sure that's toggled on.
