Workspaces should support more than one Windows desktop.

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Today, Workspaces only support applications running on one Windows desktop.

Scenario when this would be used?

I use 3 Windows desktops, with several programs, and it would be wonderful if i with only one Workspace shortcut could start all programs on all desktops at once.
